the sole of a shoe
asymmetrically worn;
a paulownia flower

जूते का तला
असममिती से घिसा
एक पॉलोनिया का फूल




crushing air bubbles
on a wrapper;
a very hot day

हवा भरे बुलबुले दबा रहा
एक लपेटने वाले कागज़ पर
एक बहुत गर्म दिन




I didn't even think
only hashed cucumbers are
served as a simple relish

मुझे पता नहीं था
कि खीरे के टुकड़े परोसे जाते हैं
साधारण आचार की तरह





letters on a plaque
symmetrical; young leaves
on a camphor tree

एक फट्टे पर अक्षर
सुडौल तरुण पत्ते
कपूर के पेड़ पर





I did not notice I
passed the place where
chestnut trees grow in crowds

मैंने देखा नहीं कि मैं
उस जगह से गुज़र रहा जहाँ
चेस्टनट के पेड़ झुंडों में उगे हैं
